We have a range of casual morning, afternoon and night shifts available, supporting residents with personal care, daily living needs and quality of life. Shifts may include: Morning Care: 06:30 – 10:30 Morning Care: 06:30 – 15:00 Afternoon Care: 14:00 – 22:30 Night Care: 22:15 – 06:45 Night Care: 22:30 – 07:00 What You’ll Do As a Care Service Employee , you will support residents with dignity, compassion and respect. Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting Supporting residents at mealtimes and helping provide a dignified dining experience Observing and reporting changes in residents’ health, wellbeing or behaviour Assisting with mobility, transfers and positioning Maintaining safety, hygiene and infection control standards Working closely with nurses and the broader care team to support quality outcomes About You You are a caring and dependable individual who brings empathy, teamwork and professionalism to your work. Essential Certificate III in Individual Support Previous experience in residential aged care Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical capability to safely perform manual handling duties Confidence using tablets or smartphones for work purposes Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain Two recent managerial referees Desirable Medication Administration certification Why Join McLean Care?
